HLG Resources LLC is a leadership development consultancy firm dedicated to helping leaders expand their influence and effectiveness, develop effective acquisition plans and sustain their well-being. We assist both aspiring and established leaders in navigating organizational challenges by applying Maxwell DISC principles to improve communication and behavioral awareness. We offer individual and B2B acquisition support for government contracting projects. Lastly, Haneda provides corporate and leisure travel planning and advising.

Founder Haneda Garner, believes that a leader’s greatest asset is their own resilience. For that reason, she launched the Higher Level Growth League. The League is a premier network for professionals dedicated to holistic leadership development.  The HLG League is a non traditional professional growth network. Members will receive access to invitations for events, travel experiences, and products offered by HLG Resources LLC.
